The staff was very friendly and the service was good. The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. However, the cleanliness of the bed and the smell of the room needed attention. The Wi-Fi was connected but there was no internet connection. The TV was on but there were no channels. The blanket, bedsheet, and pillowcase looked unwashed because there were traces of rice crust with yellow sauce, then brownish stains, also island-shaped stains. When entering the room, it smelled like sweat mixed with telon oil (likely traces of the previous guest's scent). I hoped it was just a lingering smell in the air, but it stuck to the bed, especially on the bedsheet and blanket. In the end, I slept under a headscarf that I brought myself. The bathroom was clean and fragrant. But for the price of 150k, it's already quite good, only the cleanliness needs to be improved.

It's quite comfortable for a budget hotel and quite complete, there are towels and drinks too.

The problem is that the coffee is not good. The cafe manager is not friendly. The female receptionist downstairs is friendly but she works like a robot, she can't see if the guest is from out of town and is very tired. But because she is afraid of her boss and is afraid of being suspected of playing behind her back, she becomes like a robot. 2. The sound of the cafe's songs is too loud, only the cafe area should be heard, why can't the room at the end hear it? 3. The room is very stuffy and smells damp, the room should be sprayed with freshener if you want guests to give it to you. 4. The location is good because it is very close to Gasibu on foot, it is easy to find delicious food, especially Lapo Siagian. 5. The cafe is very aesthetic and nice to hang out, but the staff are not very friendly for some reason. 6. So only the sheets were replaced, the pillowcases and blankets were still the old ones but I asked them to clean them using a broom. When I entered the bathroom, I was shocked. It looked like it hadn't been touched for months. The toilet was super dirty and black, the shower jet was leaking, and there was a lot of brown crust in the corners. The sink was clogged with hair. If I look at the toilet cleaning schedule, it was last cleaned on October 8, 2024 and I stayed on December 23-24, 2024. This schedule was a piece of paper that I found in a desk drawer. The hot water ran out in less than 5 minutes. Finally I asked the staff to just clean the toilet, because the others were beyond help. The only thing that made me stay there was its strategic location. And lastly, the wifi didn't work.
