I suggest renovating the rooms, as many of the bathroom fixtures are not working and so on.

I ordered a suite room but the facilities were very inadequate, there were no lights in the room, only one lamp on the dressing table, the room was very big but empty, the price was very cheap but the facilities were very minimal, the water was very small, the shower was broken in room 322

It's scary to sleep alone. The bathroom may be rarely cleaned, the bed is full of ants, but when you complain, someone will come. The Wi-Fi on the 4th floor can't be used. Thank you.
