first night stay hot. the AC is not working the bathroom door has no hinges. the mother judges complaining about the AC. the father is still good the next day move rooms. . aqua in the room only 1 day the 2nd also with aqua and only 1 towel. the price is ok. the toilet has a lot of hair. please don't mother. grumpy complaining about the hot AC she said it's new why fix it. gosh if it's cold the mother doesn't complain either. the TV doesn't turn on.

We stayed here, the owner was friendly, close to all kinds of food and close to the mosque, only the bathroom faucet needed to be replaced because it was rusty, and the room needed to be cleaned a little because there were spider nests, and the TV couldn't be used 😅, for the rest overall it was good, for the price of 100k in Surabaya it was worth it.

The hotel staff is sleeping, just to check in, I have to wait 3 hours. I've rung the bell but they didn't come. There is no telephone number that can be contacted.

The worst experience of my life was sleeping here. Rat room! Oh my god, I'm sorry but I have to review this, I just realized there was rat poop on the bed, the toilet smelled of cockroaches, and worse, there was a rat in the room! I reported it to the staff but I was told to kill the rat! The rat was naughty, I thought it had left, but it turned out it was hiding in the bed! I spent the night with the rat! Jumping around the room like crazy, I wanted to move but when I checked out there was no one there! I swear I regret it! Don't let you guys stay here!

The staff are not friendly, especially the old ones, raise the price as good as the forehead, the hotel is bad, there are no toiletries, the shower water is small, the AC is not cold, the bathroom is dirty, that's all.

While staying there, it was quite enjoyable. The hotel lady is friendly. The minus of the hotel is that there are spider webs, arrival is greeted by smacks, there is a leak right on the mattress. For cleanliness, we tidy up ourselves. (By looking for a broom and mop yourself) please have more staff, because I spent the night there. The hotel was quite full of customers, so the area around the hotel was a bit dirty. That's all, so far. It's quite fun and it's near campus.

Just entered 2 hours looking for another place. My body itches and I can't stand the heat, the AC is on but it's only wind. The TV is just a display, there is no broadcast. The bathroom is dirty, and yellow. Doesn't match the photo.
