I booked three rooms (a suite and a deluxe) and were assigned rooms on adjacent floors, which was very convenient since we were traveling with family. When we encountered a problem with one of the rooms, we immediately contacted reception, and they responded quickly, offering a room change. The bellboy and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. While the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable and well-maintained. For its affordable price, this hotel is well worth it.

I found out about this hotel from a friend, the second time I stayed here, it was still the same, clean rooms, complete facilities, good service, friendly staff, even during breakfast there was a complaint about the cutlery, the staff immediately replaced it & apologized. The location is strategic.
