I booked three rooms (a suite and a deluxe) and were assigned rooms on adjacent floors, which was very convenient since we were traveling with family. When we encountered a problem with one of the rooms, we immediately contacted reception, and they responded quickly, offering a room change. The bellboy and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. While the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable and well-maintained. The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. My first stay at Neo Gubeng, my expectations were probably the same as a typical 3-star hotel. From the start, the friendly staff helped me with parking. Check-in was hassle-free. I was immediately admitted to my room, with the staff promptly providing an extra bed. Thankfully, I stayed in a family room with a 10-month-old baby, and it was safe. The breakfast menu was also quite good, although not very varied, but the taste was delicious and not bland. Hopefully, Neo Gubeng will maintain its quality service 🙏

I stayed 11 nights at Hotel Mutiara Timor. The staff were very friendly, the room and hotel were very clean, even though it's only a 1-star hotel, I think Hotel Mutiara Timor deserves to be upgraded to a 2-star hotel. The location is a bit inland, but the location is strategic. Around the location there are many Instagrammable cafes and lots of snacks too. Near the hotel, it opens at 10 AM and closes at 4 PM, meatballs pentol are located 100 meters to the right of the hotel, which are always busy, worth trying if you stay at this hotel. And in the morning, to the left of the hotel, there is also a savory pecel rice seller for only 10 thousand. Indomaret and Starbucks are about 1 km away. Marvel Mall is 2 kilometers away, Tunjungan is 3-4 kilometers away. Laundry services are also available. Thank you to Hotel Mutiara Timor. Very satisfying. May you be more successful & progress in the future.
