I stayed in room 220 for 4 nights. The room was quite spacious and the cleanliness was excellent. The room was cleaned daily even though we didn't request it. However, almost every night, the sound of furniture being moved around in other rooms was often heard, making it very uncomfortable. I had informed the receptionist, but it still kept happening. 3 days before, I was not in the room every afternoon. On the last day of check-in, I was in the hotel room all day, and it turned out that the sound of furniture being moved also occurred during the day, and none of the hotel staff knew where the sound was coming from... so it was a mystery.

It's quite comfortable to stay at this Evora hotel, the staff are friendly and agile. But during my stay, I often experienced power outages (power outages), which was quite worrying, especially when I was in the elevator. So I'm thinking twice about staying at this hotel again. Hopefully the next one will be better, thank you 🙏🏻😊

We stayed with the family for 2 days. The location is very suitable as it is close to Airlangga University and Dr. Soetomo Hospital, as well as near a supermarket. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The facilities like hot water are quite good. The accommodation cost is affordable.
