I gave a note not to be on the 2nd floor because the parents who were staying could not climb stairs in the apps but the note was not in the inn owner's system, initially the owner informed that there were no rooms on the 1st floor but the owner's own room was opened for my parents. I thank the inn owner, in the future for inns please inform which floor the rooms are on so they can choose.

Pelayanan mengecewakan. Petugas tidak ramah, kamar pengap, sprei bau, kamar mandi jorok, ac gak dingin. Banyak kecoak dimana-mana. Sangat mengecewakan.
