Terbaik deh ini. Sarapan-nya lengkap, banyak varian-nya, dan enak-enak banget, pelayanan gercep dan mantap, kebersihan luar biasa, satu gedung sama mal jadi gampang buat belanja, mau ke Lawang Sewu tinggal jalan kaki bentar. View-nya langsung Lawang Sewu. Estetik dan banyak spot buat yang suka foto-foto. Banyak juga artis-artis yang menginap di sini. Recommended banget deh! Bakal balik menginap di sini lagi kalau ke Semarang.

It was very pleasant and memorable to stay here. Just go down to the mall.. the atmosphere is calm.. The lobby is nice to enjoy a cup of coffee and chat with family or friends.. In the cafe, there is a view of the city of Semarang.. I say thank you.. God willing, one day I will come back here again..

This is my first time checking in here and all the facilities are very good, the room is clean and tidy, the service is friendly, easy access to everywhere just by walking but close, the food is varied and delicious, next time I go to Semarang I will go to this hotel again

Overall, it's okay as usual. The location is close to everything, and the staff are quite friendly, although not all of them are.
But if I may suggest, the non-stick frying pan used for frying eggs during breakfast could be replaced with a new one. I noticed that two of the ones I used had lots of scratches and were unusable, which means they should not be used anymore. If you really care about customer health, please consider replacing them.

Hotel is so convenient, few mins walk to DP Mall. however if you leave some of your belongings in the room while you are not in the room, you'll lost it. It happened to me, my mistake was I forgot my phone charger when I was checking out. And it was gone by the time I asked if there was a charger left out in my room before, the person in the lobby said no report from the room cleaner. Anyway my experience my mistake, so be careful not to leave anything behind. Overall the hotel is good

The hotel is indeed modern and sophisticated, but there is one thing that needs to be improved, the most important thing is the cleanliness, please help improve it, because unfortunately yesterday when I slept I was quite itchy and felt that the bed was not very clean, also during the day when the sun shone on me the dust was very visible. And also for the towels I think they were not washed well, because they smelled bad, I apologize.

I was so happy to be in Semarang for the first time, and I was very satisfied with my stay at Rooms Inc. Everything was perfect, from the proximity to tourist attractions to the quiet hotel. I definitely want to stay here again when I return to Semarang.

Came here during a seminar, there was a Japanese buffet in the evening... Sushi, sashimi, ramen, yakitori all complete accompanied by a band... The location is right next to GP Mall.

The receptionist was unfriendly and didn't provide detailed explanations, for example: parking access (since it's located in the same mall) and directions to the guest room. Breakfast space was very limited due to the large number of visitors. Wi-Fi was slow. There was a miscommunication. I booked a room that included breakfast, but when I went to the restaurant, they said it didn't include breakfast, even though the app clearly stated it included breakfast.
