Customer service was poor. The customer service team made little effort to assist guests. Wake-up calls were not made. There was no early breakfast. The customer service team made no effort to find a taxi. Asking for soap took a long time. The card key frequently failed.

I've often stayed at hotels in Palembang, but this one was really uncomfortable. The stain on the mattress was already there before we arrived because it was ink, and there was no way we could bring ink with us. Luckily, the deposit was only 100,000. Just one stay here is enough.
