I was able to check in before 2 pm and the check-in process was fast. I requested a slice of cake for my child's birthday surprise, thank God it was possible. I got a quiet room on the 8th floor so I could rest comfortably. Thank you very much, Royal Padjajaran is very impressive.

It's unusual for a cockroach to be in my Royal Hotel room for one night while I was sleeping. This is the first time I've had a cockroach in my hotel staycation. I wanted to get a good night's sleep, but my sleep was immediately ruined.

One of my favorite hotels in Bogor, I first stayed in 2016 when the hotel was only a year old. Overall, the public areas are good and well maintained, but the condition of the room, not the issue of cleanliness but the problem of small details such as damaged wallpaper, the room is still for sale, the bathroom head shower part is black and the water scale on the chrome fixture is quite thick. Still comfortable to stay.

the view from the balcony is very beautiful.. you can see the lights of vehicles passing on the main road, but from the height you can also see the city atmosphere and in the distance you can see the mountains.. an extraordinary combination.. just need to pay attention to the soundproofing of the room, because around there is a cafe/restaurant where people can be heard doing karaoke, the noise of vehicles can also be heard especially the modified motorbike exhausts to be loud, even though we are on the 7th floor.. but overall it was very pleasant to stay here.. friendly service especially FO, and security.. very helpful.. the food in the restaurant is varied and quite delicious.. especially the brownies.. keep up the hospitality..

The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious, maybe there are some small things that need to be fixed, there are no clothes hangers in the bathroom that are loose, the bathroom design looks old, for entertainment, namely the TV channels, please improve it, the soundproofing in the room is not good because at night the sound of vehicles from outside is very audible, maybe that's the only thing that needs to be fixed, overall good

All my requests were read and granted, like I asked for a bed from a twin bed to a large bed, a top floor room so in the morning you can see the mountain view, the room is also spacious, plus they gave me a cake to celebrate our anniversary.
