The photos match the pictures, everything is clean, the service is great. But the TV doesn't work when I check in. Please put the backpacker banner outside so it can be seen from the outside. 👍.

The rooms are not as large as the one in the photo, no air conditioning, not provided such as soap and toothbrushes so guests can prepare themselves, because the room is on the 2nd floor so you can see the view from the room window, the staff is very friendly and for the bathroom the shower has problems but on the door to the room a message was attached.

The room is not as big as in the photo, we happen to get a corner downstairs, so it's not impressive at all, the door and door lock are a bit stuck, maybe if given exhaus the room will have a little circulation and not damp ..

The room's sheets are dirty, the TV can turn on but there is no broadcast, aka not in the program yet. I want to program it turns out that the remote doesn't exist - the room lights are off. There is no hot water, the atmosphere is cold but the water is long. It makes it uncomfortable, the towels are dirty and there is no soap, brushes, etc. The service from the receptionist was okay, but the beginning was unclear because there were people who wanted to check in instead of being left.
