This is my umpteenth time staying at this hotel, but this last time I was dissatisfied for several reasons. 1. The bathroom shower had a small water tank, making it difficult to shower because the water was low, and the showerhead wasn't working properly, so the water didn't drain well. 2. The sink was clogged, so when I used it, the water wouldn't drain and it was backed up. 3. I left something behind in the hotel area, but when I asked for help checking the CCTV, the hotel immediately refused without making any effort to help.

Stayed here for several days and even extending one more night. The staff is not too strict on the check out time and are flexible and allowed us to wait while we deciding to extend one night. Clean rooms, nice lobby and nice location. Recommend to stay around Jakarta Barat area with nice pricing
