The interior of the room is quite beautiful. It's a shame yesterday I got a room where the sleep light was off 1. What needs to be improved: cleanliness! When it arrived the floor was sticky. Stayed here 4 nights but no housekeeping ever came to clean the room. The TV seems to use STB but the connection is really bad. Channels are often lost. The shower in the bathroom is a bit leaky, but the water heater is functioning properly. Overall, this is a pretty comfortable place to stay. The front office is also quite cooperative. Would repeat anytime if any chance!

The room is nice, spacious, but the bathroom doesn't seem to have been cleaned, the glass is dirty, the mat hasn't been replaced and the floor is slippery and oily, even though equipment such as towels isn't given, at least the room is clean so that visitors can be comfortable and won't give up on staying here again.

Sesuai gambar sih cuma perlengkapannya kurang banget, kayak sabun, odol ga dikasih, handuk pun 1, kaki ranjang kasurnya udah meleyot parah dan lantainya licin parah, bahaya banget kalau bawa anak kecil, kepleset, apalagi kalau dari kamar mandi tapi lumayan lah buat numpang tidur sementara mah

Ask for help to improve more. Check hotel equipment. Like the faucet is on or not. Provide a trash can in each room. Toiletries and accessories and others.

Admin is very helpful, the best service. Spacious parking. Very beautiful building and quite close to the city center. The room is spacious, which Muslims can pray comfortably. There is a large storage cupboard complete with hangers. On either side of the bed is a small storage cupboard. cold AC. Don't hesitate to stay at a sand residence with a Santorini nuance.

The room is comfortable, clean, neat, the air conditioner is cold, very comfortable, but the bathroom doesn't seem to be cleaned, the sink, the floor is slippery, overall it's really comfortable and a recommended staycation here.

It's like the Oyo is new, there's only 1 towel, there's no drinking water. There are no ashtrays, no trash cans, no bath mats. So when you leave the bathroom, it's muddy. It's a good room. But the air conditioner is very hot, you don't feel . Try to give it a canopy in front so it's not too hot.

First time to Karawang and staying here and quite satisfied with the price, it's just that there are room lights that don't work, towels are not available. The rest is okay and really recommended.

First impression staying here was really disappointed to be given a room that had not been cleaned at all, trash everywhere, there was a second hand pack too, and it turned out that the sheets weren't changed, they were just cleaned . But I like that the room is spacious, the tv and ac work well. Please fix it and pay more attention to cleanliness.

The rooms are suitable to be photographed, only the floor is sticky, the bathroom smells a bit, there are still visitor masks, toiletries are only towels, there is no toothbrush or paste, the rest is okay.
