Since the area around the UNRI campus is so popular, this location is strategically located, close to the SM Amin entrance. If anyone needs accommodations near UNRI, I recommend staying here. The building is new and the price is affordable. Thank you.

The location is a bit far from the city center, a bit in a housing complex, the room is nice and clean, it's ok like an executive boarding house but unfortunately the room I occupied no. 224 had no hot water and wifi, I booked a deluxe room where it was written there was hot water and a fairly large window but what I got was not like the picture, I complained on the first day but until the third day of my stay the room was not changed, actually I booked for 1 week but because of the conditions like that I decided to cancel the 4 days and move to another hotel near the city center. Also in the hotel there are a lot of cats, more than 5 I saw, it's a bit uncomfortable because I'm afraid of cats
