Check-in isn't complicated, no deposit, you get a welcome drink & you can cook hot water, there is a sofa chair that can also be used as a bed, the air conditioner is cold, the toilet works well, the hot water works, the TV works. The lack, there is no cafeteria available, but near the location there are those who sell overhang food, walking is also close, near Alfamart too. Experience: I have a dust allergy, so I am very sensitive to dust, when I stay (sleep), I have a recurring allergy, maybe it's dusty around the mattress area, I need to be vacuumed after every guest uses it.

Very suitable for holidays with a partner or family. Everything is good and steady. We only complained about the TV remote which had a bit of an error. Overall fun.

The building looks old and unkempt, there was no lift, the blanket was torn and very thin. The water tap for the basin did not work and there was no hot water in the bathroom. The photos were very deceiving.

Not bad for resting, the location is very close to Surabaya Gubeng Station and strategically located in the city center, my advice is to pay more attention to the cleanliness aspect of the hotel, but it is quite comfortable to stay in, there is a shower and hot water too, the AC is quite cold.
