Love this hotel! They allow us to check-in at 1.30 instead of standard 2pm. Room has very nice lovely interior. Rooftop pool is highly recommended. It’s super convenient cause they provide clean towel at pool so we can just swim and relax. Location is also very good. Very near with airport and Transmart. Nice breakfast also.

You can staycation on the rooftop👍 The swimming pool is not too deep so it is comfortable while joking with friends, towels are provided, friendly service, the room is comfortable, soundproof, the AC is cold and comprehensive, recommended👍

Amazing. Located on the main road, but the room is very soundproof, very comfortable. Highly recommended for a stay while in Yogya, although it is a bit far from the center of Malioboro, but for the comfort of the hotel, I must admit it is really good.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Satoria Hotel Yogyakarta. The hotel is close to Adi Sucipto Airport, the Ambarrukmo area, and access to Prambanan. Overall, the hotel was quite good, although there were a few caveats.

- Strategic location on Jalan Raya Jogja-Solo
- Ample parking available in front of the hotel and in the basement
- Spacious and comfortable lobby and restaurant
- Staff are very friendly and helpful
- Rooms are in good condition, with overall cleanliness good
- Spacious room, big enough for a family, spacious bathroom
- Large wardrobe, small safe, mini fridge, and a comfortable sofa
- Cool AC
- Other amenities are OK
- I had a quiet, comfortable, and quiet room (some other guests reported it was a bit noisy, but I didn't).
- Elevator access is clean, including the hallway.

- The bathroom (shower) mat was a bit dirty and sticky; it probably needs cleaning.
- Parking in the basement requires some caution, especially when reversing, as there are several poles in the middle. Security needs to be on standby in case anyone tries to reverse, especially in the basement parking lot.
- There was a call from the restaurant this morning with a promotional offer. I had already stated at check-in that I wouldn't be eating breakfast due to intermittent fasting. Perhaps a note should be written down so that other departments can copy it.
- The light in the room in front of the corridor went out at the beginning of check-in. However, after I called the operator, it was immediately fixed.
Otherwise, this hotel is still recommended for a stay in Yogyakarta/Sleman. Overall, my experience was quite good.

Parking is very limited. We came during the holiday season. The food was not very varied. During breakfast, the restaurant staff often wandered around, disrupting the dining experience. The restaurant staff in front of us often wandered back and forth, incoherently, when inquiring about the room. When we checked in, we asked if children under 5 were free and could be brought to their rooms if they were still sleeping. The front desk said it was allowed. However, in the morning, we re-inquired with the restaurant staff and they told us it was not allowed. Please provide accurate and valid information to avoid causing inconvenience to guests. Also, at 9:00 a.m., breakfast was already sold out, and there were no refills.

Dear, when I was about to check out. I was in a hurry to travel to Bandung without the toll road. So I was a bit rushed. I wanted to use my own trolley to carry my suitcases to the 2 rooms I rented. But it was not allowed. I was told to wait in the room, I would help later. But the officer had to pick them up from another room first. After waiting for a long time. Finally, I took all my suitcases down without the trolley. And when I got downstairs, the officer was taking pictures of the guest who wanted to check out. Even though there were 2 trolleys. One was unused….., what's wrong with me using the other one myself? I usually travel to the USA, I'm used to using my own trolley. It's simpler in my opinion. But overall, I like staying at this hotel and want to stay here again if I return to Jogja again
