The hotel staff was kind and friendly. However, the hotel seemed unclean and lacked the usual shine. The elevator was also dirty. The bathroom towels weren't absorbent at all and weren't even white. Toiletries were incomplete, the soap dispenser was empty, and the trash can had a broken lid.

There were really dirty white clothes under the blanket, maybe this room didn't have any sheets changed, maybe someone stayed for half a day,,
Really disappointed, how could it be like this,
There was no doormat in the bathroom
There was no laundry bag
The room was not clean
Very bad experience

Disappointed with the receptionist named Irfan, tonight at half past 11 pm I checked in and was given room 512, it turned out there was already a guest inside, I went back to the receptionist named Irfan to apologize because the system error information was very strange in my opinion the system error was giving random rooms and it turned out I was given another room, room 521 and it was true that this was my room, it seems it wasn't because of the system, maybe it was human error, I wrote the wrong room number, it's a big failure for a receptionist to give the wrong room

Booked 2 hours before check in with a twin bed, when checking in, we were offered a double bed at no additional cost. All the staff were very friendly and quick to help, but unfortunately the walls of the room were dirty as if they hadn't been maintained, then the window curtains were also dirty, the edges of the floor that were attached to the wall were also full of dust, the trash can was also dirty and had no lid, so it was a bit disgusting...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. I've stayed here several times, every weekend.
Unfortunately, this time, I was a bit uncomfortable with the unethical guests. They were talking loudly in the corridor in front of their rooms, morning and night. It seemed like a group. Kids were screaming, parents were chatting, and some were talking on the phone very loudly in the corridor, morning and night. It was very disturbing to the other guests. I'm a bit surprised by people who appear to be educated but have no understanding of etiquette.

I stayed here for 2 days and there were a few things that made me feel uncomfortable and need to be improved, considering the price range of the hotel. For example: the most basic thing — usually hotels already provide a small fridge, even hostels with lower prices already have one. Also, the color of the towels looked dirty

There were really dirty white clothes under the blanket, maybe this room didn't have any sheets changed, maybe someone stayed for half a day,,
Really disappointed, how could it be like this,
There was no doormat in the bathroom
There was no laundry bag
The room was not clean
Very bad experience
Don't stay at this Savero again.

Disappointed with the receptionist named Irfan, tonight at half past 11 pm I checked in and was given room 512, it turned out there was already a guest inside, I went back to the receptionist named Irfan to apologize because the system error information was very strange in my opinion the system error was giving random rooms and it turned out I was given another room, room 521 and it was true that this was my room, it seems it wasn't because of the system, maybe it was human error, I wrote the wrong room number, it's a big failure for a receptionist to give the wrong room

Booked 2 hours before check in with a twin bed, when checking in, we were offered a double bed at no additional cost. All the staff were very friendly and quick to help, but unfortunately the walls of the room were dirty as if they hadn't been maintained, then the window curtains were also dirty, the edges of the floor that were attached to the wall were also full of dust, the trash can was also dirty and had no lid, so it was a bit disgusting...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. I've stayed here several times, every weekend.
Unfortunately, this time, I was a bit uncomfortable with the unethical guests. They were talking loudly in the corridor in front of their rooms, morning and night. It seemed like a group. Kids were screaming, parents were chatting, and some were talking on the phone very loudly in the corridor, morning and night. It was very disturbing to the other guests. I'm a bit surprised by people who appear to be educated but have no understanding of etiquette.

I stayed here for 2 days and there were a few things that made me feel uncomfortable and need to be improved, considering the price range of the hotel. For example: the most basic thing — usually hotels already provide a small fridge, even hostels with lower prices already have one. Also, the color of the towels looked dirty
