The female staff were quite friendly, the male staff were lacking. When I arrived, there was no bellboy to help escort me. When I entered the room, it felt stuffy, stuffy, and smelled like the room had never been opened and cleaned. When I complained about the dirty, stained sheets, the male staff denied it and insisted the sheets were clean. Breakfast was soso. The first day I arrived, I was informed that breakfast would be delivered because there were few guests, the second day, there was no information at all about the buffet breakfast, and my phone call to the receptionist was not answered.

The toilet wobbled. There was sometimes no hot water. The hotel area was littered with items. The TV was broken. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The walls were rotting. There was a musty smell. It was damp.

the price is relatively cheap, only if the tidiness of the hotel corridor is neater & cleaner it would be even better. open the fresh door because it faces the garden, but when you see the end of the hotel which has a lot of piles of goods, it becomes visual pollution.

The hotel staff is friendly, first arrived got room 201 when I opened the room The damp smell was very strong, the mattress, bedcover felt damp. The ceiling of the room had many black spots, then complained to the front asking for a change of room, thank God it was allowed. For hotel management, please do not give customers damp rooms, btw I only stayed 1 night. Can't stand the damp smell, and the atmosphere in front of the room is full of big trees

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is spacious and roomy. The AC is cool. Unfortunately the room is damp and smells musty. There are cockroaches that appear from the gaps several times. The bottom of the bed is dirty and dusty. The sheets are dusty and have lots of stains. The color of the sheets is also very dull. There is no water heater but coffee, tea and sugar are provided. The amenities are simple, still okay. There are rat droppings in the corner of the bathroom.

Staying during peak season, the room price is almost 3 times more expensive. The first time you enter the room, the smell is like it has not been used for a long time. The room's AC is barely cold, there are lots of mosquitoes. Amenities are only shampoo sachets and soap (ask for it first and then give it the next day). Breakfast is standard, only 2-3 menus. Not worth the price. You have to pay again to use an iron and hair dryer. Not recommended, unless there is no other choice during the holiday season.

It's actually good, it's just not well maintained, there are many electrical outlets that can't be used, the floor is dirty, and the AC drainage is unclear, it drips in front of the door hahaha, but the swimming pool is okay, it's just a bit small, the wifi is slow btw
