Book for executive room but got deluxe. Furthermore, the room was in 3rd floor and the lift broken. I complained to the receptionist but he insisted that I booked for the deluxe room. They just realised the mistake after I checked out. Very disappointed.

Rooms are the same as photos, clean, comfortable, employees are friendly, only the TV channel is limited and the picture is not clear. The wifi is very slow so keep using your HP quota.

hotel is far from the centre. room has no external windows. room tripped and had no electricity for a while. after repairs, the whole building electricity went out for a short while.

Acceptance of SEI hotel clerk was friendly and courteous, just for breakfast, should the number of dishes do not let lack and must be adapted to the number of guests staying (not run) .. and need to be given additional information about the location of souvenirs, dishes or snacks -snack hallmark of Aceh ... so guests do not need to be confused to find the locations of TSB .. outline we are satisfied with the service SEI Hotel ... thanks ...
