The hotel was all in one package. The room was so clean. The room service was so quick. The front office staff had a good fast response. The food was so delicious and low price (for hotel food). The breakfast was quite more variable and all of them were delicious. All the facilities for kids were amazing, my kid was really enjoying being here. But I didn't like to see people unmasked here. I asked the staff to inform again the people about wearing masks, and they responded to me so fast. I booked the hotel for 2 days, maybe next I should take 3. Hahahaha. I enjoyed my holiday here. I will be back again.

It was a good time here! View always superb! Scenery is always amazing, pools are so well! Things you have to improve: breakfast: sushi was so indelicately sour and the rice was hard. Super thanks: I left my charger at my room and you offer to keep it so I had to get it. Thanks!

Recommendation place for families trip. I stayed the rooms with connecting door also. So all family still really together. And access to kids swimming pool are near from the room just using the lift to go there... thanks Traveloka and Seruni Hotel....

Check-in is fast, parking is spacious and abundant, and there are more play facilities for children, ranging from a carousel, animal feeding, archery, playground, including multiple swimming pools and a water park, making it perfect for a vacation with children. The food is so-so, but sufficient.

This is our second stay at Seruni, the first time was satisfactory, this time even though as far as we remember the price this time is more expensive than the first 855 thousand. When we first checked in, the receptionist told us that the room faces the back, if we want to face the front, we have to add 200 thousand, because they thought we were just transiting from touring big motorbikes to relax after riding, we stuck with the original order, as a result we couldn't sleep because the room balcony faced the forest where the kuntilanak hangs out and the noisy sound of the roaring water right below the balcony.

Friendly service, complete facilities, complete breakfast, even though there is no AC, the air is cool and only the children's play area is not operating because it is being repaired.
and there is no scary atmosphere as people say, even though when I stayed there was only 4 rooms in one hallway

The hotel is really cool, magnificent, spacious, unique, and has a very distinctive character. The hotel staff are all friendly, the facilities are complete, and the view from the front of the room is really cool... and the room is really spacious, very ethnic.. Very kids friendly, and the best thing is there is a dance performance on Saturday night.. Cool. This hotel is really recommended... and if I go to the Puncak area I will definitely come to this hotel again... Cool cool cool..
