Many areas of the floor are always wet and dirty. Everyone swimming gets wet when climbing the stairs and elevators. The rooms aren't soundproof, and there's noise in the corridors at night.

This is my second staycation at Seruni because it is highly recommended and very comfortable for a family vacation.

A pleasant hotel close to Taman Safari. Access is through the front and back doors. Maps of Taman Safari direct you through the back door. The staff are friendly.

I've been to this hotel four times and never get bored with the atmosphere. The facilities are complete, with nine swimming pools. I've been here four times and haven't tried all of them. Every time I stay, I always choose one with a balcony so I can see the three mountains at once. The pool is gorgeous! That's what makes this hotel special.

There were spiders and ants in the room, the phone line didn't work, and the cupboard wouldn't lock. The facilities and food were okay.

All the staff were very friendly. I got lost because I followed the map and took an alternative route. I was in a panic until nightfall because the back gate was closed, and the route was extreme. But thankfully, a few minutes later, a gate attendant arrived and directed me to the reservation. Thank you for all the service provided.
