All facilities from AC, TV, shower, hot water, wifi, are functioning well. The room is clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The shared kitchen is clean, quite spacious, the rooftop view is amazing, you can watch people paragliding too. Next time I go to Batu, I will definitely come here again.

I booked a family room because we have three children. Overall, it was quite comfortable because it had two beds (plus two extra beds). Amenities included towels. There was AC, Wi-Fi, a water heater, and a TV with a satellite dish. The downside was the one-way road in front of the homestay, and it was quite a long way around. There were a few ants in the room and the water pump was a bit noisy.
