This is one of many times we’ve stayed at Sheraton Surabaya, and this visit was extra special as we celebrated my beloved wife’s birthday. Sheraton never fails to deliver an exceptional staycation experience for our family.
The room was spacious and comfortable, customer service was excellent across the board—from hotel to restaurant staff—and we truly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary cake. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, while the gym was fully equipped and a great bonus for those wanting to stay active during their stay. Dining at Bromo Restaurant, as always, was a culinary highlight.
One of the biggest added values is the hotel’s unbeatable location and direct access to Tunjungan Plaza. It makes shopping or finding a bite to eat incredibly convenient, especially for families or anyone on a short getaway.
We can’t wait to come back for our next staycation. Thank you, Sheraton, for yet another wonderful experience for our family. Keep up the great work!

The hotel is nice.however, to further improve the service, the restaurant and bar staff should pay more attention to the guests. During my stay, whenever I dined at the restaurant or bar, I often had to wave several times to get the staff’s attention, as no one seemed to be on standby. Also, the Caesar salad was not very enjoyable.
