A new hotel that runs in the center of Surabaya. Loved my room here! Went on a trip with my boyfriend, we booked the serenity duo room, it was spacious with a cute aesthetic and cozy. The double bed was spacious and very comfy. There are few communal areas on every floor for you to accept guests that visit you during your stay, and every communal space has a water dispenser. You can free refill the jug provided in your room with the water. However, the bathroom is too hot. It has a window but the air flow isn't much. And the cold water doesn't work properly (probably because Surabaya is very hot, so the water stored can't be cold enough). Hopefully the hotel can do something about this. Overall, we had an amazing stay here. Definitely will come back.

Yesterday when I booked, I got the price 270k 🤑. Friendly staff, comfortable place, minimalist interior. Cool. Complete facilities include a laundry room, dispenser and it's free.

It's really worth it, everything suits everything starting from the interior which is very nice, the TV is very complete, unfortunately there is no seating on the balcony and it's very hot because it's topped with an AC fan, everything else is okay

The rooms are aesthetic, comfortable, clean, not cramped. All staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to a variety of delicious culinary delights. Next time we will definitely come back to stay here again.

The building is new, the layout is very good. The rooms are also nice, clean. And very comfortable. The location is also strategic. I will become a regular staying here. The furniture and facilities are very complete. In the room there is also a refrigerator. There is a shared kitchen. And the room has a balcony.

The hotel's position is very strategic, plus the room facilities are very good plus there is a balcony overlooking the very beautiful view of the city of Surabaya, next time you will stay here again.

Very good, got a welcome drink too. Service was okay, but in my opinion there was no toothpaste, toothbrush and tissue, that wasn't good. The rest is safe, very good
