The room I got this time was on the top floor. On the first day of my stay, I was quite bothered by the ants on the table. My suggestion is to spray ant repellent on every room someone checks out. Yesterday, I could have asked for Baygon to be left in the room, but it was a bit of a hassle waiting for cleaning before asking (I only realized the ants were present the morning of the second day). Also, the condition of the refrigerator: don't just check the drinks consumed by guests, but also check its condition. It worked, but it had a lot of ice. If the room wasn't filled or left outside during a power outage, the ice would melt. Then there was the sound of rats in the ceiling (because I was on the top floor). The thumping, thumping, thumping was startling, and the rats were making noise for a long time.

Have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with the friendliness of the hotel staff.

Affordable hotel with good interior design. Nice place to stay because the location is near the center. But the room is not soundproof. It was very noisy.

It's perfect for 2 weddings on different floors, but the sound and the hustle and bustle of people walking by made it uncomfortable, especially since it was so early in the morning. Those who wanted to enjoy a rest and wanted to wake up in the afternoon were all scattered because of the noise 🙄

Overall the room is okay but there is a wardrobe with a broken hinge so it is quite unsafe and the AC is not cold even though it is already 16⁰c. Next time, please pay attention to the room details. For information on facilities, it is not explained such as the parking lift and the lobby reception lift are different so they are not connected to the front office floor and it is not explained which side the lift area is on so it is confusing plus yesterday when I just arrived and was very tired, the front entrance of the parking lot was filled with cars after an event at the hotel, closing access to enter and there was no staff to direct us even though the roads were generally congested huh, please improve the management system again

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was exceptional. The only downside was that the rooms weren't very soundproof, so the sound of people walking in the hallway and the sounds from neighboring rooms could be heard, which was a bit disruptive to your rest.

Very satisfied with this trip, the hotel service and facilities are also beyond doubt 😄

A comfortable place, close to Bungkul Park so you can have carefree days on Sundays... The decoration is also nice... The lobby is comfortable... ☺

This time, I tried the gym, which had pretty good equipment. Each floor has a seating area, fans, and a TV.

The hotel staff was always helpful when I went out without my key (intentionally to keep the AC cool). The staff was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay.
