clean, there is gallon water, water heater ON, simple amenities are available, TV uses internet, already has Google TV and user login, AC is ok, kitchen utensils are available. the price is worth it. check in is fast. strategic location. I come here regularly because of my child's studies.

Several tomcats fell from the ceiling onto the bed, quite a lot. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the water had to be unblocked before it would drain.

Damn it's so bad. The room is dusty and never maintained, it seems. On day 1, I immediately got a cough and cold because of the room. The toilet exhaust fan is so noisy, it's like a jet engine, there's no wifi, only 4 TV channels, only 1 thin blanket, the toilet is dirty, there are lots of Tomcats, even though I've closed the room and killed them, more still come in, I don't know where. My God, what a horrible experience

The room is different from the photos, with old furniture and poor cleanliness. The TV works but has limited channels. Wi-Fi information was not provided upon check-in; you have to contact the marketing team for the password (contact the receptionist). There is hot water. Standard amenities (2 toothbrush sets, small soap, shampoo sachets, and 2 bottles of water). The air conditioning works well. The location is okay, but the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities need improvement.
