The unit is not maintained, cleanliness is not maintained, the wallpaper is peeling off, the tv has no picture, the cable is milling, the pillow is flat, the wooden bed is peeling off, the glass is moldy, the floor and bathroom door are moldy, the bathroom sink is broken, the terrace is dirty, lots of cigarettes in the water, does not reflect the wonderful name at all :). For that price plus a deposit, it's better to stay at the hotel, the difference is 200 thousand to get full service. Hopefully in the future it will be better.
