Awalnya saya ragu untuk memilih hotel ini karena beberapa reviewer menyebutkan jika hotel kotor, tetapi saat kami datang, staff sangat ramah sekali, handuk hotel bersih, kamar mandi bersih, lift berfungsi dengan baik, area parkir yang luas dan kemudahan akses ke kota dan banyak pilihan tempat makan sekitar hotel dengan harga terjangkau. Kolam renang menurut saya ramah anak, tidak terlalu dalam. Beberapa catatan untuk staf hotel, mungkin adanya pembersih debu di kamar secara berkala, termasuk area lampu-lampu juga. Semoga review ini membantu, saya merekomendasikan hotel ini sebagai pilihan keluarga yang mengunjungi kota Malang.

The room's cleanliness is still lacking. The sheets still have yellow stains on the pillows, the bathroom gaps are dirty, and there are lots of itchy ants in the room even though I haven't opened any food or sweet drinks. Please improve, especially regarding cleanliness. The breakfast is delicious and delivered to your room, and the hotel's atmosphere is also very kid-friendly.

The rooms should be dust-free, the TV cables wiped down, the mats mopped, and the room perfumed with a hotel-like fragrance. The pool should be cleaned again, making sure it's not cloudy. So far, access is good, and the food is delicious.

There's a pool at this price, the first time I tried booking the cheapest price, I didn't expect to get a really bad room, the bathroom exhaust was broken, replaced with mothballs, the bathroom glass was yellow, the lights were already yellow, the floor was still dirty, until I called the customer service again, it was a shame because the room was perfect before, or maybe because I used a promo yesterday, I don't know, hopefully it can be improved again

Fast Check in Check out process, clean room, Hot and cold shower also works.
There was just an incident after checking in and resting around 4 pm suddenly someone wanted to force the door open, their hand tried to enter to open the inside lock slot. I was SO SHOCKED because I was really tired from sleeping because of the long journey. It must have been an employee because I got access until it almost opened. Luckily I closed the door slot. I could only shout "sir?" from inside the room. Then he left. Room 332.. if it was someone else, they would have cursed.. Why didn't you knock on the door, make sure there was someone there or not !! I also rested.. didn't have time to video because I was shocked awake because of that. Thx

The elevator doesn't work, the room is dirty, the bathroom smells and is dirty, there are lots of black and yellow crust in the bathroom, the HOT WATER SHOWER DOES NOT WORK, ordered a twin bed room but was given a single bed. This is the 2nd time here, previously it was Morina Smart Hotel, now it has changed to Sunrise Hotel but the room quality is getting worse. Will not come back here again.

Fast Check in Check out process, clean room, Hot and cold shower also works.
There was just an incident after checking in and resting around 4 pm suddenly someone wanted to force the door open, their hand tried to enter to open the inside lock slot. I was SO SHOCKED because I was really tired from sleeping because of the long journey. It must have been an employee because I got access until it almost opened. Luckily I closed the door slot. I could only shout "sir?" from inside the room. Then he left. Room 332.. if it was someone else, they would have cursed.. Why didn't you knock on the door, make sure there was someone there or not !! I also rested.. didn't have time to video because I was shocked awake because of that. Thx

The elevator doesn't work, the room is dirty, the bathroom smells and is dirty, there are lots of black and yellow crust in the bathroom, the HOT WATER SHOWER DOES NOT WORK, ordered a twin bed room but was given a single bed. This is the 2nd time here, previously it was Morina Smart Hotel, now it has changed to Sunrise Hotel but the room quality is getting worse. Will not come back here again.
