Forced to stay overnight because 2 little ones suddenly became cranky. Alhamdulillah got a super comfy and homey accommodation. There is hot water for the baby to bathe. There is a dispenser to make tea and drink many times. The TV is also okay. The room is clean, the kids are comfortable and like it. My husband also likes it. Just using a fan is enough to cool it down. The price is cheap. Thanks to the owner, may your fortune be launched.

Unfortunately the main light in the room is dead, instead there is a night light on the wall plug. Overall is good.

Very uncomfortable. First came to check in with Mbak-Mbak who said "standard room yes!". Ok we chose here because there was an urgent need to come to a cousin's wedding and the location is close to this hotel. The review of this hotel on the app 8.5 convinced me. And it turned out I was wrong. The room was dirty, the walls had blood stains, the floor had lots of black spots, the ceiling was moldy, there was no AC and the most influential thing when checking in I asked if there was hot water because I was thinking about canceling it, the Mbak said there was. Okay, the important thing is there is hot water. I waited 15 minutes for hot water to come out. Asked downstairs was told the hot water was shared with the next room had to wait for the next room to come back first to turn on the hot water. Waited until 11 pm the hot water was not on. Went downstairs the guard was asleep. Forced to take a cold shower in Batu city at 12 midnight, what an irony. My child even had a cold in the morning. Please app if there is a hotel like this, it's better not to promote it on your website. Because it will affect the app itself. Hopefully my review helps. Because the score of 8.5 on the app I read is completely irrelevant.

Pay an additional 50k/day to the owner (only accept cash) if you want a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The room with an ensuite bathroom which is located on the balcony on the 2nd floor is very lacking in privacy because the curtains that cover the glass door are not tightly closed and the partition from the next room is a door with a glass mural.

The first time it came, the friendly service was greeted by his mother, to make tea or coffee available, the room was clean, it's just for the front room (the door lock was broken) but the rest was great 👍. Thank you for our 3 nights stay there.
