Kami staycation bersama keluarga dan anak-anak. Hal yang paling berkesan untuk kami adalah kolam renang in door -yang menurut kami- dengan air hangat yang membuat kami dan anak-anak asyik dan nyaman berenang dan pertama kali kami temukan selama ini serta dengan kandungan kaporit yang sangat rendah sehingga tidak pedih di mata namun kualitas kejernihan air tetap terjaga. Fasilitas lain yang berkesan adalah banyak view menarik untuk dinikmati. Ada kid play ground. Kamar cukup bersih. I've stayed here twice and it never disappoints.
Ambiance/Facilities: Beautiful hotel, very cool and impressive.
Food: Of course, the food is 5-star, everything is delicious, although pricey.
Staff assistance: Prompt, responsive, and excellent.
Highlights: Coincidentally, there was a lively wedding reception while I was staying, and I could see them in the chapel from the sky garden, with their fireworks display.
Price: During high season, I got a relatively cheap room.

Susan Spa & Resort is a peaceful retreat located a bit far from the city center — but that distance comes with beautiful views and a refreshing, cool atmosphere thanks to its high-ground location.
The breakfast is one of the highlights, offering a wide variety of choices. However, it’s a bit inconvenient that guests can’t bring the food back to their rooms, and having an in-room dining option would make the experience even better.
One downside is the presence of flies, not only in the dining area but also in the hotel rooms, which can be quite uncomfortable. The floor layout is also a bit confusing, and it takes a while to get from the lobby to the rooms.
Overall, Susan Spa & Resort offers a relaxing setting and stunning views, but improvements in cleanliness and accessibility would make it a much more pleasant stay.

Disadvantages of Susan Spa and Resort:
1. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor, which can be quite disturbing for guests during events like gatherings. The loud noise from the sound system can be heard in the rooms. Please be mindful of other guests staying there who need peace and quiet.
Weddings are more polite, and the sound isn't so audible in the rooms.
2. Non-smoking policy.
If the room is non-smoking, smoking should be prohibited in all areas of the room (indoors and on the balcony).
Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The smell of cigarette smoke from the next room wafts into the room, and there are small children in the room.
The goal is to enjoy the view and get some fresh air, but instead, the smell of cigarette smoke is noticeable.
There's a designated smoking area on the third floor, but why build one if it's not used?

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights, took the villa. Check in around 23.00, was directed straight to the room, no need to go to the lobby reception again. All staff & security are friendly. In front of the room is a large garden. Can feed animals too. There are horses but my kids couldn't ride because they didn't get tickets when checking in. The horse keeper said they should have gotten tickets for horse riding, but maybe because check-in was at night so they weren't given them. For feeding animals that don't have tickets, you can buy them on the spot. Only 10 thousand per basket. The room is spacious, you also get complementary drinks. Towels, soap, shampoo are all available. There are 4 bathrooms so there won't be any fighting over them. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 4 on the upper floor. All are clean, comfortable to sleep in, not itchy. The breakfast menu is varied. The taste is quite good. There is free ice cream too. The road access is not too difficult, just uphill. One day if I go to Semarang, I will stay here again.

facilities do not match the price paid.
- req twin given king
- view parking lot
- mineral water empty. told to get it yourself in the corridor
- slipper only get 1
- refrigerator makes noise, already fixed by technician but still makes noise
- breakfast is equivalent to 3 stars: taste B only. less varied. protein only sausage and fish fillet. the restaurant area is also small
- playground is not maintained, stuffy and hot
- get a room separate from the main building. so from the lobby out told to walk alone without being escorted. the service is like a non-star hotel.
+ hot water swimming pool, but not too big. make sure to wear a swimsuit...
+ there is a mini zoo. can play with birds
+ bedroom ok, but bathroom narrow
