Fantastic location in the heart of Sanur, surrounded by great Warung's, cafes and shops. Close to the beach, but when you have the exceptional pool bar team there really isn't any need to leave the hotel pool the cocktails are the best in Sanur and the food is fantastic! Beautiful grounds and amazing staff, Swastika Bungalows is wonderful.

Just got back from a weeks stay at the swastika hotel and I would go straight back again. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and there are 3 pools.We had a superior room with an open air shower, which was amazing. Breakfast was good and the location is perfect. 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk) 15 - 20 to the Icon shopping mall. There are shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the hotel food and drink is reasonably priced and good. Honestly don't hesitate just book it.

Great staff, very helpful and lovely. Room was modern, with Balinese features and always spotless. Food was varied and delicious at lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. Pools were all nice and well maintained. Spa services were varied and enjoyable. Facilities had been upgraded since our last visit. A beautiful oasis near all Sanur shops and restaurants at a good price. Will be back-again!

No curtains on the windows for privacy. We travelled together and were supposed to have adjoining rooms, all arranged and viewed 3 months ago, but were placed far apart which was frustrating and inconvenient. The reason given for the change didn’t make sense. There was a large very noisy group of friends staying there and congregated on the terrace next to one of our rooms, starting their racket early in the morning and continuing through to late at night and no one censured them or asked them to move to the lobby where they wouldn’t have caused such disturbance. My daughter had to shift from her first room because the bathroom was sub standard, and then again from that room so she could get some sleep, ending up in an upgraded room far away from mine. I’m sure I paid for a better standard of room than we were allowed. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the gardens are beautiful and the location is excellent, the beds were comfortable but the pillows were not.

Check in and out was quick, staff were friendly and helpful. Pools and gardens were nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were to hard, air conditioning was cold but noisey and the shower wasn't great, we were in a deluxe room.

ambient pool and gardens.property not wheelchair friendly, give credit where it is due they did supply ramp to my room and to the breakfast elevator.property is old and needs refurbishment.room and bathroom has no ventilation hence room gets very stuffy.the staff make this property.breakfast reasonable.rest food average but lots of rest near by.
