숙소에 와이파이가 안잡혀서 6일간 고생했습니다. 매일 기사님이 오셔서 봐주시고 조치를 취해주셨으나 증상은 같았습니다. 와이파이가 안되면 그냥 처음부터 방을 바꾸는게 정답인것 같아요.. 나머지는 가성이 호텔이라 만족합니다.

They charge 200,000 per night for baby bed but they can't provide extra towel for the baby. They said they can only provide the towels for extra charge because the room is for two people. Swimming pool was not clean. Construction is going on whole day.

Everything was nearby, shops, bars , restaurants

Fantastic location in the heart of Sanur, surrounded by great Warung's, cafes and shops. Close to the beach, but when you have the exceptional pool bar team there really isn't any need to leave the hotel pool the cocktails are the best in Sanur and the food is fantastic! Beautiful grounds and amazing staff, Swastika Bungalows is wonderful.

Just got back from a weeks stay at the swastika hotel and I would go straight back again. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and there are 3 pools.We had a superior room with an open air shower, which was amazing. Breakfast was good and the location is perfect. 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk) 15 - 20 to the Icon shopping mall. There are shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the hotel food and drink is reasonably priced and good. Honestly don't hesitate just book it.

Um excelente hotel escondido, pois a entrada é apenas um espaço para os carros. Fica na avenida principal e local com várias lojas e comércio intenso. O quarto é enorme e as camas são grandes com colchões macios e confortáveis. Senti falta de toalha de rosto e box na área do chuveiro (molha tudo em volta). Há banheira. Por ser longe da rua, o hotel é bem silencioso. O ar-condicionado é perfeito: gela bem e silencioso. A TV é de tamanho mediano (pequeno para o tamanho do quarto) com um bom número de canais internacionais. Há frigobar e chaleira elétrica nos quartos (diariamente reabastecidos com bem-vindos chá e café). Não há cofre no quarto, mas há um sistema de cofres na recepção onde pode deixar seus pertences com segurança. O hotel tem três piscinas, o que garante espaço para todos. O café da manhã é excelente: quantidade, qualidade, limpeza, variedade e atendimento. O pessoal é extremamente simpático. Faz-nos querer voltar e se hospedar mais dias. Dois pontos negativos: a) Wi-fi lento e fraco (na recepção, já nos avisaram que a qualidade melhora fora dos quartos). Isso é ruim, pois à noite, na cama, não dá para usar a internet facilmente. Além disso, fora do quarto, podemos ser atacados por pernilongos; b) Porta dos quartos: para abrir e fechar a porta, precisa usar um grande cadeado, o que não é nada prático. Além disso, as portas são rústicas com várias frestas.

Great staff, very helpful and lovely. Room was modern, with Balinese features and always spotless. Food was varied and delicious at lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. Pools were all nice and well maintained. Spa services were varied and enjoyable. Facilities had been upgraded since our last visit. A beautiful oasis near all Sanur shops and restaurants at a good price. Will be back-again!

Room clean and tidy, staff super friendly and great location

Underbar personal överallt, så vänliga och vi kände oss så välkomna. Grönt och vackert och rent överallt.

No curtains on the windows for privacy. We travelled together and were supposed to have adjoining rooms, all arranged and viewed 3 months ago, but were placed far apart which was frustrating and inconvenient. The reason given for the change didn’t make sense. There was a large very noisy group of friends staying there and congregated on the terrace next to one of our rooms, starting their racket early in the morning and continuing through to late at night and no one censured them or asked them to move to the lobby where they wouldn’t have caused such disturbance. My daughter had to shift from her first room because the bathroom was sub standard, and then again from that room so she could get some sleep, ending up in an upgraded room far away from mine. I’m sure I paid for a better standard of room than we were allowed. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the gardens are beautiful and the location is excellent, the beds were comfortable but the pillows were not.
