My best hotel in Batam ever! Everything went well and it’s worth the stay here. Carpeted rooms and corridors, huge lobby and comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again!

My review: this place is great and comfortable. I came here for anniversay staycation. They provide wide parking lot, garden, swimming pool and fitnessplace. I love the room is so spacious. Got bathub, and mini walking closet. The staffs also so kind and informative. One thing I love the most is the breakfast, food is so delicious. Love it. My constructive feedback: you guys might want to add towel bars on the bathroom. So then we could hang the towel after use.

Perfect hotel to staycation or business trip. Check in process was quick and the room spacious with the large bedroom. Thank to chef maha, The breakfast menu has many choices and tastes good, Thank to Front office ( night shift forget the name) and Maya FO she very smart, good attitude, polite with a good hospitality, and Thanks to all staff who were very friendly, quick response and very helpful during my stay. I'll be back soon... swiss bell harbour bay batam is Fantastic.

A very comfortable hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, and friendly service. The hotel's location is strategically close to the city and the harbor, making it easy to cross to Singapore. There are also many seafood restaurants and a morning bakery nearby for breakfast. The breakfast at the restaurant is quite comprehensive, but the taste is a bit lacking. The hotel was very comfortable for both staycations and business trips. The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Its location is strategic—close to restaurants and city attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth and fast. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy stay at a reasonable price!
