The service is not good, you only get 2 pillows so 1 person only gets 1, you just ask for extra pillows, you say the stock is mediocre, you can't add them, everywhere the hotel adds more pillows, the reason is because many rent extra beds, even though the prices here are already equivalent to the price of a 3-star hotel, 350, that's it, the air conditioner isn't cold, it's just wind, the service is just what they like. It's really bad, I came all the way from Jakarta, once I found a hotel like this, I don't want to stay here and I won't come back here again.

Hotel bersih kamarnya lega kalau untuk tidur nyaman, air panas cuma hidup sebentar di awal pemakaian selanjutnya air dingin biasa gak tau ya kalau ada pengaturan untuk suhunya agar panas terus ya, gak ada air mineral yang disediakan di kamar, cuma pakai dispenser, yang saya sayangkan untuk aturan yang harus menggunakan ekstra bed untuk anak yang usianya di atas 6 atau 7 tahun dengan harga 100ribu/malamnya. Saya merasa terjebak disitu karena jadinya saya bisa ambil hotel yang lain dengan selisih harga segitu jatuhnya mahal juga, karena baru ini saya harus menggunakan ekstra bed untuk anak saya. Untuk sarapan juga sangat biasa sekali cuma 1 menu. Ya untuk keseluruhan karena ditambah ekstra bed jatuhnya hotel ini jadi mahal tapi fasilitas sangat biasa saja.

Be careful for guests who bring family or children. Each room is required to order an extra bed for children. If there are 2 or more children, they cannot share the same room with their parents. Even though the child is still a minor. It is mandatory for the guest to book another room. This is the first time I've seen hotel regulations like this. If there are families who have children under the age of 2 more parents, then staying at this hotel the rooms will be separated, the child and his parents. Be careful for travelers who want to stay at this hotel if you bring your family, not recommended.

The service is ok, the staff is friendly but please improve the facilities again. The soap for bathing is too liquid like hand soap, the wifi doesn't want to conncet, the toothpaste is like old stock. In addition, please provide a slipper at the hotel, thank you.

There is no parking space for motorbikes. It is often forbidden to double lock. Even if the hotel owner says it's safe, visitors are wary of staying for hours. Visitors don't know if it's safe or not there. Slow WiFi. Nice food clean place.
