first time in the Zuri, and very good experience for sure. Kind and helpful staffs, clean facilities. The room for superior and deluxe is spacious l, clean and functional. The breakfast have plenty variety, and tasteful, if have empty stomach and enough time just waste your time on breakfast. Will certainly comeback, especially with good promo please

Stayed at a very nice and comfy room of Double Deluxe Room with my family. Kids were so excited with the high altitude pool. Very nice and polite staffs everywhere we've met them. Breakfast menu were amazing.

The staff was friendly, but the only downside was that the refrigerator in the room wasn't cold enough, not even cold at all. Furthermore, check-in and check-out were slow.🙏🏻

The AC in the room I was staying in was leaking, as I was only staying one night, so it wasn't reported. Also, in the swimming pool area, even though it's an open area, please prohibit smoking, especially during the holiday season, as many children are swimming there. The enclosed area in the swimming pool area is also used as a smoking area, even though the staff said smoking is not allowed in that area, but many people still smoke there, and the staff didn't reprimand them. Please provide more towels in the swimming pool, as there's only one provided for each room, how could there be a shortage of towels?

So far so good, maybe by chance I stayed during a holiday together with Kadi, the atmosphere was crowded, especially access to the swimming pool. The changing room facilities are minimal, the officers are not strict because the lounge window says you are not allowed to enter wet, but yesterday it was very wet even though the officers were there and aware hehe for others it was uncomfortable. Towels also took a long time to be requested. In part of the room there was damage to the wall list 🙏 hopefully helpful, thank you

A pretty impressive 2-night staycation with a very nice room view because from our room we could enjoy the view of 3 bridges at once and the food was very varied.. but unfortunately the towels provided were very dirty and black like rags and it was a shame that visitors were allowed to smoke in the pool area even though the hotel management should understand that not all open spaces are smoking areas.. hopefully in the future the hotel can provide decent towels and a special area for smoking not in the pool area
