The facilities are okay and the hotel staff is very friendly, especially the cleaning service, but there are some homeworks for the good of the hotel in the future. First, during breakfast time, many of the food stands are empty, it is very slow to refill the food. Second, for heavy side dishes, try to heat them first, yesterday I got chicken that was still cold. Third, try to have a staff member monitor when the food is finished so they can coordinate with the kitchen, it would be very unfortunate if an incident like mine happened again, especially during the holiday season like now.
