We arrived early around 1.00 o'clock. We were admitted to check in because the room was available. (We are the only family staying for the night). At check in we are not being inform about anything about the hotel. Eventhough we are staying at the hotel, the admition to the theme park was not included. Wehave to rectify at the front office for so many things, eg: entrance and parking tickets, wifi password (slow), etc. There was no fridge in our room. Plus there were so many lizards shit on the furniture. The beach was nice but can be better.

It's quite pleasant to stay here even though the hotel is quite old, the cleanliness is maintained, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious even though it's not buffet style, it's just a shame the facilities are lacking because if you book via Traveloka, entry to the swimming pool is not free.

the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is quite clean, the TV signal is intermittent. the room is unique, the toilet and shower are separated by a sink. I didn't know that if I bought a room at Traveloka I wouldn't get a free ticket to the waterpark... Overall OK..Next time I'll vacation here again.

The smell water in the bathroom makes your life smell as well. It's hard to take a bath with the smelly water. Very old and classic funiture in the room. A simple breakfast. However their staff is so polite and helpful.

Standard type rooms, there are no connecting rooms. Had to go up and down stairs to move to another room. Minimum order with new deluxe type can get adjoining rooms. Room cleanliness was lacking, my feet and children became itchy after returning from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, only the hotel management is lacking (when you want to enter the room, after check-in, the room is not ready (still cleaned), it seems that the room has not been used for a long time, because there are lots of cobwebs on the ceiling, musty smell, terrace space not swept, the bathroom door cannot be closed tightly and the most tratic, the air conditioner is off, reporting to house keeping there is no response until we check out.

Began to come welcomed by people who were sold in the struggle, thugs who asked for participation money that made the resort less developed in people lazy to come again, With prices that are not cheap, rooms have cockroaches and still old school needs to be upgraded, standard breakfast, heater does not work, the TV still uses a tube TV, at least there is still a theme park that is not bad if it comes with family.
