Kamarnya bersih dan cukup bagus lah hanya yang ga nyaman setiap mau masuk gedung dan menggunakan lift harus manggil security menggunakan finger print nya security ga ada kartu. Saya di tower C, security nya di tower A, dan beberapa security nya ga ramah dan kayak kesel setiap dimintain tolong untuk masuk gedung dan lift.

Proses check in tidak sesuai, di aplikasi jam check in dari jam 9-14, ternyata dioper ke apps travelio minimal check in jam 15, atau konfirmasi 2 jam sebelum. Sudah konfirmasi 2 jam pun gak guna. Bawa 2 anak usia 5 tahun dan 2 tahun sampe ketiduran di lobby. Wifi katanya gratis, dikasih akun + sandi tapi router tidak ada di dalam unit, saat konfirmasi harus sewa router (bayar). Saat check out terkonfirmasi jam 12, dengan ancaman via email bila lebih dari jam terkonfirmasi dikenakan denda 1juta. Kembali petugas tidak ada dan disuruh check out sendiri kunci sampai dititipkan ke security. Jadwal perjalanan jadi terganggu karena menunggu lama saat check out. Deposit diminta cepat, tapi saat refund lelet dan tidak ada kejelasan sampe harus nunggu beberapa hari.
