The staff is friendly and polite but the hotel facilities are very lacking. Anything you have to ask first. Tissue, heater water, welcome tea/coffee. There is no spoon for tea, the glass is not suitable for the room (like a small jar). Bathroom: the bathtub has no water cap so you can't soak. No shampoo, only bar soap.

This resort is very calm and comfortable, it is suitable for you who want to relax and get away from the crowds. The room was quite spacious except that the staff was not friendly at the beginning and always asked about extra beds, when we checked in we came three of us and one of our friends wasn't sure whether to stay or not so that at night the staff kept charging extra beds and made us uncomfortable, we immediately paid extra bed for two nights. Next time maybe a better way to convey hotel policy :)

Comfortable, because it doesn't feel at the hotel but rather to the villa. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spacious and the service was good, the breakfast was ok, I couldn't taste it all because I was chasing time to move to another place. The Balinese nuance is really good, only the new breakfast starts at 7:30 if you want to hurry away early in the morning, it's rather difficult, highly recommended for those who want to find a place around Sanur.

it's was awesome, feels homey and I requested to honeymoon setting and it's awesome they make the towel like a swan with some flowers.. bathroom also have a beautiful towel with flowers.. love it. thank you.

This hotel is the best hotel for those who want to find quiet place for relaxing holiday or even honeymoon. The breakfast is awesome, they provide three kinds of breakfast: Continental, American and Indonesian. the swimming pool is clean, the room is big enough and very clean. the bed is quite comfortable and the bathroom is on great condition. I very recommend this hotel for you, especially those who want to find luxury and cheap hotel.

It was a great place. Love the garden and pool atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, although the blanket cover could be more improved. It's worth the money I paid.

The overall condition of the hotel is in accordance with the photos. Clean, clean, hommy, room service is also okay right up to the pool and outdoor area, also clean, in a standard clean room, spacious room. Only unfortunately the power jack is lacking. Very standard breakfast.
