The room was decent for the price. But there was no Wi-Fi, even though the booking app included Wi-Fi. I desperately needed Wi-Fi for a week of Zoom. The water was salty and smelly. The most disappointing experience I've ever had in a hotel. Basically, I'm disappointed. Please improve the performance. So far, everything has been up to standard.

The room is dirty, there is no door handle, it is dusty, the air circulation is very bad, the window cannot be locked.

I highly recommend this hotel, priced at Rp150,000, because I received friendly and helpful service from the staff. I stayed here on a whim after an event nearby. The facilities are quite good, thank you.

I arrived at 1/2 pm and tried to check in, but couldn't, claiming the rooms were full. I waited a while until I finally tried again at 4/5 pm, claiming the rooms weren't available and the app was full, but the app couldn't be closed. I asked for a refund and waited for news from my superior. It's really strange that I knew the room was full from 1/2 pm until the afternoon, and then I could get a refund, only to have to wait for news from my superior. I tried upgrading my room and waited for news. 🤣. The funny thing about this incident was that many people were just as funny, it felt like I was queuing for groceries. As for the female receptionist's attitude, well, it was standard, and the price was reasonable. I was most disappointed with the room.

Staff friendly, but dirty bed, towel and no running water from the tap. Shower/toilet was wet. Walls in room dirty as if p**p was on the wall. . Didnt get refund, but I left same day

The room is narrow, the sheets are dirty, the AC keeps turning itself off and it's not cold anymore, just once is enough

The bathroom is very dirty, the water in the bathroom is salty, the sheets haven't been changed, there are lots of stains, dust and hair, the white sheets are dirty and shabby, the AC is cold and there is a balcony, the sound of the train is very clearly audible and very noisy because the room is not soundproof.

The room is small, noisy because it is next to the train tracks so you can't sleep, the hotel room is even smaller and worse than a boarding room, there is no lift, you have to climb the stairs to the 6th floor, there are no blankets, the worst hotel I've ever tried.

The male staff is a bit rude, but the female staff is kind and honest, offering a better room than it should be. The bedroom and bathroom are very small (according to the price). The bathroom is not cleaned properly because there is still hair in the drain. Blankets are not provided and must be requested. When requested, only a very thin spring bed cover was given. Overall, the facilities are according to the price. It could be an option for a cheap overnight stay in Jakarta.

Cold AC, safe hot water, there is an android TV. But there is no blanket, only 2 towels and the TV is not connected to wifi. There is no mat so after coming out of the bathroom the floor is wet.

The AC is hot, the service is not good, the paid room is like a free diction. The room smells of the fathers, the toilet is dirty, the AC is hot🫵🏻🫵🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The place is nice but there is no wifi. The wifi only goes up to the 1st floor but it's okay.
