Trembesi Hotel

During my stay from 21-25 Jul 2025, Samuel from the breakfast area impressed me. As the coffee machine had some issues for 2 days, he took my order manually and ensured it’s prepared for me. On the third day, he could remember my usual coffee and came to ask if I would like to have it. As it was crowded too, he also asked if I managed to get seats. Such a simple gesture does really make it a nice start for the day and hence I would like to compliment him.

A surprisingly good hotel that exceeds its star rating. Spacious rooms with large windows offer impressive views—the perfect setting to unwind after a long day. Functionality is seamless; everything you expect to work simply does. The A/C, for example, operates so quietly and efficiently that you're barely aware it's running, yet the room remains at your ideal temperature. Breakfast is modest but thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of options to cater to diverse preferences and cultural tastes.

We can park for free in the hotel before check-in or after check-out to go elsewhere like Ocean Park since Ocean Park is so near to the hotel, and take a walk there. The room view is so mesmerizing. If the sky is clear, we can see Salak Mountain from the window. The staffs are nice. Surely we will come back.

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star quality. They have a spacious, magnificent and modern room. Everything in the room is almost digital. They gave us an extra pillow for each room. A wide and full windows with BSD city view is one thing that can make me spend hours just to admire it in sunset and sunrise. Check in was fabulous. Our request is to have 2 rooms with a connecting door, but the hotel can not provide it. Now here's the special one: our receptionist told me a little secret: we can have our room connected if we upgrade one room to deluxe from superior. So, we did that and voila! Our room is connected! And that makes our 2 room become a magnificent 65 m (or so) single room. Just like a large apartment. Our big thanks to the receptionist for telling us this secret. Their pool is indoor and very gorgeous, tell you what, gorgeous pool with magnificent view is an unforgettable moment. Can't believe we can have this kind of experience in BSD. Breakfast also great, with abundant selection of food with no bargain at the taste (Love the yoghurt). When we stayed, it was at Cap Go Meh event. They had their lontong cap go meh version for breakfast, and tell you what, that is one of the greatest lontong cap go meh I ever taste in my life. They should proud of it and sell it outside rather than only serve it for breakfast menu. Check out also done in a breeze. We also had special experience with the small cafe which sell gelato beside the receptionist area: our kids want gelato so bad with a cone. Unfortunately the cone was out of stock, so they only could serve it in a box or a glass. The very nice thing is: The picture, instead only told that the cone is out, he knelt down, talked seriously with our two kids, tried to make them understand that it was out, and not trying to push us to buy the gelato at all. He was just talking with our kids until they weren't upset anymore, it was a sweet and rare moment. In the end our kids understand, and they had their gelato in a box, and very very enjoy it.
