Nice hotel to stay at Serpong for business

A very comfortable and clean hotel. The facilities are also complete. There are kids' activities to foster creativity in children. All the staff are friendly. The breakfast menu has a wide selection and is delicious. Upon check-in, you get an extra benefit of a free Starbucks coffee. I never hesitate to stay at this hotel. I'll definitely come back again next time!

Comfortable, complete facilities, the atmosphere always makes you want to stay at Trembesi again, wide windows are a plus point that other hotels rarely have, this is our second stay with a different room type than before, and all the rooms are very comfortable, thank you Trembesi, next time we will stay here again ☺️

A Surprisingly Excellent Stay This hotel exceeded expectations—a relaxing, well-appointed space that perfectly suited my needs, and at a fantastic price point given its category. The property begins around level 15, offering a seamless check-in experience at the ground floor and breakfast served on level 6. One of its standout features is the view: expansive picture windows paired with the elevated starting level provide breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding area—the ideal way to unwind after a long day. I opted for the breakfast package, which offered a diverse and satisfying spread. From local delicacies to Asian and Western favorites, there was something for everyone. The freshly made omelette was a personal highlight. While the hotel is slightly tucked away—about a two-minute drive off the main roads—I found this to be a plus. Combined with the elevated views, it gives a sense of peaceful seclusion without being far from the action.

Comfortable, friendly, and the food is delicious with lots of variety.

The hotel is strategically located near the main access road and shopping center. The hotel is in very good and elegant condition, the room interior is cool, and the supporting facilities are quite complete. The food is quite complete and on average tastes delicious.

During my stay from 21-25 Jul 2025, Samuel from the breakfast area impressed me. As the coffee machine had some issues for 2 days, he took my order manually and ensured it’s prepared for me. On the third day, he could remember my usual coffee and came to ask if I would like to have it. As it was crowded too, he also asked if I managed to get seats. Such a simple gesture does really make it a nice start for the day and hence I would like to compliment him.

The staff was very accommodating.

A fun staycation, there are kids activities for kids, a basketball court for dads, and delicious food for moms.

The facilities are good, and the location is strategic for those on vacation. There are rides right in front of the hotel, and it's relatively close to Aeon Mall and Summarecon Mall. The rooms are also very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is also varied. Recommended for those on vacation.

The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, the hotel is close to the mall so it's not far to find food.

The hotel's signal is weak. The Wi-Fi could be improved. Overall, the hotel is a great place to relax with family.

They are quite understaffed and take forever to check in. I booked my room through Agoda and they couldn’t find my reservation and took 1 hour to reach their staff in charge of bookings. They then told me to book through Traveloka and cancel the Agoda booking.

A hotel with a beautiful design, a varied breakfast menu, Starbucks redeemable points, and a location very close to Ocean Park. I'll definitely be back next holiday in Tangerang.
