The first time staying here was very memorable for us, especially the children, because they could swim freely. The pool is spacious and clean, very close to our villa, the staff service is very friendly from check in to check out, the food is also delicious and the view is very beautiful from the restaurant. Look, we loved our stay here. We wanted an authentic experience surrounded by real Bali. Real locals, not overrun with tourists, good food and away from the traffic and bustle. It was perfect. We met with our local Balinese friends here that were made to feel very welcome. The staff were authentically friendly, no touristy pretense. Indomarat across the the road and the restaurant on site is simple but great, so all you need. Local ceremony nearby which was a great experience. We loved it. Don’t stay here if you want to have 5 star luxury, walk and find shops and restaurants and spas. Do stay here if you want to be surrounded by the real simple bali. Our ‘wooden’ villa had its own pool and kitchen. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. It had great air conditioning and gallon water available. We did an amazing day trip with our recommended driver by the hotel, Nicky. We are already planning next year. 11 out of 10.

Very disappointing. The hotel has been neglected, lacking maintenance and cleanliness. This hotel would be worth 200,000 Rupiah, not 520,000 Rupiah.

Stayed at the garden villa. The cleanliness was pretty good. The room was so big you could ride a bike inside. The villa is big so it's perfect for family gatherings. Unfortunately, the exterior looks a bit neglected even though there are new units being built with nice and aesthetic designs. But overall it's still really good for the low price. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. Very kid-friendly because there's a water park and my son cycled around the villa complex in the morning. If possible, the exterior of the garden villa should be cleaned more and the sanitary fittings in the bathroom should also be checked and repaired because my room's sink only had hot water and couldn't be set to cold or warm. This place has the potential to be even bigger if it's really looked after because the basics are already good 🫶 Next time I want to try the pool villa because the building is all wood 😁 And for food at the restaurant, there are also lots of choices and the prices are cheap 🫰

I was surprised to find something this good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Any issues with the facilities were always promptly addressed and confirmed. Even when it was raining heavily, we were given a late check-out time of 1 PM.

Damp room, moldy room, shabby bed cover, lots of hair on the bed, looks like it hasn't been changed from the previous guest, shabby bed sheets, When I first entered Villa No.12 it was very bad, full of mold, then I was moved to Villa No.14, shabby bed sheets, lots of hair, and it looks like the previous guest hasn't changed the bed sheets. Then at midnight at 11.30 I was moved to Villa No.07, it's a bit comfortable here.
