The importance of reading reviews before choosing a hotel and I missed this until I regretted it even though many guests who had stayed at this hotel complained about many things. The worst thing when I stayed here, I found bed bugs and it wasn't just 1. Hopefully the hotel will pay more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort in the future.

The bathroom was dirty and mossy. The blanket was dirty, when I complained and asked for a clean blanket, I was told that all blankets were like that, dirty, brown, like dirt from climbing.

Actually everything was very good, only 1 thing made my stay very bad because there were huge and very many bed bugs, my whole body was covered in bumps from bed bug bites, at 2 am I just realized I called the reception but no one answered, maybe they had gone home, so I ended up sleeping on the floor until morning, if I'm not mistaken it was room number 303, I suggest you spray it with medicine and dry the mattress in the sun if necessary, replace it with a new one, so that something like this doesn't happen again, thank you.

I chose to change the place to stay after checking inn. Because it's not comfortable to sleep. It doesn't match between the picture and the hotel Ouch.... it's not comfortable. finding the address is also difficult.

The hotel is scary. It's not like a hotel, but it's like a boarding house, the beds are old. It's noisy because on the 2nd floor there is a public swimming pool where children practice until the evening.

Some are good, the public swimming pool facilities are good. Only the room is dark, unfortunately the light bulbs are dead, dim, the TV is not functioning optimally (it's only blue) it has been repaired and is indeed damaged, the bathroom is not clean, the bathroom lights are dark and the floor is slippery, it doesn't smell good either, the white sheets are yellow and not clean , lots of stains. Check out at 12, 10.30, we were asked to be ready. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But whatever, we are grateful.

I ask for toilet paper they didn't provide. The bathroom smells not good. The water tap is suck, moreover the water comes very little. The TV play its role as interior only, no chanel at all.

I'm sorry, isn't the floor swept? I only walked on the floor of the room though, and I just walked to sneeze, because I already feel dirty so we wear sandals in the room because it's so dirty, the bathroom is crusty, the room is very humid, the sheets are dirty and damp too

The room conditions are comfortable and there are no problems, only the TV is blue and not a smart TV, so bring additional ones so you can watch Netflix and the AC makes a lot of noise, but fortunately it's cool.

Tempatnya nyaman, kalau menginap lebih dari sehari ada fasilitas jasa membersihkan kamar setiap siang. Staff Housekeeping dan Front Office ramah. Air hangat berfungsi, kulkas mungkin tempat freezer kurang dibersihkan karena bunga es lumayan tebal. AC-nya berfungsi dengan baik. Dapat balkon view kolam renang. Bisa renang juga sih. Disediakan ketel buat bikin air hangat, handuk mandi cuman alat mandi bawa sendiri. TV-nya berfungsi tapi layarnya sepertinya rusak dominan warna agak merah. Wi-Fi-nya kencang. Recommended lah buat penginapan berbudget tapi pelayanan terbaik.
