Located in arguably the best part of the city, this hotel offers way more than it is currently priced. I personally like the lux atmosphere, decorations, and overall friendliness of the staff. This hotel feels brand new and more expensive that it actually is, and that is a great thing !. The room itself is spacious with the right amount of modern touch and luxury. My room has a quite large double beds and it's pretty comfy, though it'd better if bolsters are also provided, which unfortunately not the case. Standard amenities like water heates, coffee & tea, even a hair dryer was provided. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast and TV channels were plentiful with the presence of essential channels such as HBO, FOX, NAT GEO etc. Personally I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Even at this price range, this hotel checked all my marks for a good business hotel. Even better in some areas than the more expensive hotels I must say. There are other hotels with similar prices which have the same qualities ( which aren't that many by the way ). But where this hotel shines is in it's strategic location ! So if you are doing a business travel and is looking for hotel with best "bang for your buck", I'll definitely recommend this one. Keep up the great work.

I've never experienced something worse from my visit to a hotel. Let me break it down: 1. The lift took quite long to go from floor to floor 2. The AC in my room didn't work. I let it on for 30 minutes more, but still no change. I went to the receptionist at the lobby to report my complain because the phone in the room didn't work too. The receptionist seems like a newbie, she didn't seem to know what to do next. She didn't even calm me down or assure me that it will be fix. She just said they'll call the engineer to check without even giving me the estimation of how long should I wait. 3. The room was not soundproof, I can hear noises. I thought there was renovation going on but turned out it was their staff cleaning the other room. 4. Most of the staffs that day were so bad, they're like newbie. The receptionist looked confuse, the cleaning service guys were lack of manner. Definitely need to upgrade their staff. I left immediately due to inconvenience and lack of professionalism from their part. However, after i left I realized that I left my jogging shoes. so I went back there the same day. Those same staffs were not helping. But they took note of my phone number, so they can contact me to lemme know if there's any update. The next day, I went back. Went straight to the receptionist and they returned my shoes. On that day, the staffs were differents, more calm, more professional. That's why I assume the day before was trainee or bunch of newbies.

The hotel's only advantage is its location. The room quality is poor, with a non-working clock, and many stains on the curtains, bedsheets, and towels. The barrier between the shower and toilet is too shallow, causing water to wet the toilet area during showers. I believe you could find a hotel of better quality at a similar price.

Extra charge for taking room decor, it turns out the decor is super standard only using fake flower petals that fly when hit by the AC wind which finally had to move rooms because the AC wasn't cold! There was no complimentary whatsoever for that, instead we waited 3 hours until we finally got angry in the lobby asking to move rooms, because we were told to wait for their stuff to service the AC 🤣 such a bad thing I ever had in a hotel with a jacuzzi suite type room which is the highest room, but the service is big no at least I've taken a 400,000 room decor which doesn't match the photo and in the end it wasn't used, they gave me a la carte dinner or at least croffle from the cafe. and the breakfast omg im so sorry so bad, sausage tastes like flour, french fries are not warm, chicken porridge soup has no taste, cereal no brand, papaya fruit is not fresh, no infused water. please the chef needs to be retrained

For those who aren't used to carrying cash, encountering a hotel policy that requires a deposit is a hassle because you have to walk to find an ATM first, luckily it's close. Imagine if it were far away, it would be quite an effort in terms of time and energy. Furthermore, I had to move rooms twice because the TV in front of the jacuzzi in the first room was broken, the sensor was faulty so using the remote was useless. The hotel even denied it, asking why didn't they check the facilities themselves? Was there a problem? Why wait for a guest to complain before checking? Moving to the second room was the same, the TV couldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. I connected to my data plan myself and then it worked. Furthermore, it's a bit funny that an executive room with a jacuzzi doesn't prepare towels for guests. I even called the FO three times and went down to the lobby myself to ask for towels, which took quite a long time. The location is strategic and the atmosphere is quite good. However, cleanliness is still a bit lacking, as the sheets and pillowcases are stained and dull. The sink also has permanent stains. There’s no towels in my room when I checked in, and took like about 15 minutes to the staff to bring the towels, I tried to call almost them four times. The air conditioner wasn’t working well, the room wasn’t feeling cold.

I personally didn't like it. Towels and mats weren't ready. The operator took 5 minutes to answer the phone. The toilet didn't flush. It took ages to request a room change.
