Happy to find comfortable accommodation for my family group.

Fasilitas cukup lumayan, mungkin saran aja, untuk kebersihan sprei tempat tidur, bisa lebih ditambah, karena beberapa ada yg masih kotor. 🙏.

nyaman,tempat tidur banyak & berkualitas. cocok untuk yang bawa keluarga banyak wlpun cmb 1 lantai

Menginap cuma sehari di sini dan sorry to say rasanya kurang nyaman. Mungkin efek pandemi kemarin jadi kurang perawatan ya, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki sih dari villa ini:- Dinding kamar cenderung lembab, dan beberapa kamar temboknya terkelupas gitu jadi ada yang tidak ditempati karena tidak nyaman ada di situ.- Sprei dan sarung bantal sebenarnya bagus putih-putih gitu, tapi sayangnya banyak yang bernoda :( - Kamar mandi: perlu diperhatikan banget juga nih, bau gas dari pemanas memang agak ketara banget tapi ok lah. Yang buat agak kesel tuh showernya, tempat untuk naruh shower itu patah jadi kalau mandi pakai shower harus dipegang sendiri dan showernya juga pelan banget airnya. Mau pakai air dari krannya tapi tidak ada ember dan gayung (sudah tanya ke penjaga katanya tidak ada ember). Jadi susah banget mandinya, belum lagi lantainya terkesan kurang bersih, karena ada kran bocor jadi netes terus menerus airnya (emas tetesan jadi mengerak/membekas).- Dapur: peralatan dapur harus diperbarui. Ada teflon dan lain-lain, tapi gagangnya tidak ada semua. Masak jadi sulit. Untuk piring dan sendok ada, tapi gak sampai 10 jadi kalau ada banyak orang mungkin bisa bawa tambahan ya.- Lantainya, maaf banget agak lengket-lengket juga. Selebihnya lumayan oke lah, ruang tamu walau kecil tapi nyaman dan bisa karaoke juga. Air hangat jalan. Dispenser dan kulkas ready. Dekat dengan indomaret dan Jatimpark 2. Tapi gak ada niat mau nginap lagi di sini ☹️🙏🏻

Hot water doesn't work, wifi doesn't work, a bit dirty, noisy.

This villa is perfect for a family stay. The rooms are many, spacious. There are 2 clean bathrooms. Unfortunately the water heater didn't work in one of the bathrooms.

The villa is very comfortable, close to East Java Park 2, lots of food is passing so don't be afraid of starvation. The facilities at the villa are quite complete, there is a magic jar, water heater, plates, glasses, refrigerator and others with 5 rooms and 2 extra mattresses, really enough for large families. so comfy? but there is a lack, namely the fan is only one fan in front of the TV so if the city of Batu is hot the weather feels good to sleep in the room. Fortunately, when I stayed overnight, the city of Batu was raining so it could be cold, if it was hot during the day.

1. for the bedroom, okay. Moreover, we have 5 families, so 5 rooms in this villa are very suitable for our family. there are extra beds too. Clean bed linen. 2. for the living room, not big huh. With a capacity of 5 rooms that can accommodate about 10 adults, a sofa chair can only be for 3 people, others are only stretched. 3. The kitchen has a dispenser (hot, normal and cold water), a 1 door fridge and a gas stove. cooking utensils okay, ok, enough. But for cutlery is not according to capacity. In the kitchen there is also a clothesline and 1 small dining table that can only fit 4 people. so it feels cramped. 4. bathroom is clean, there is a water heater. The drawback is lack of ventilation, so the smell of gas really feels in one of the bathrooms. 5. voters and housekeepers who are on standby, very friendly and nimble. We ask for help to come to the location, not take long. Come and work right away. 6. for the matter of food passing by, do not worry, will not starve and bother looking for food, many are passing tablets.

The villa is clean, comfortable which is very friendly and the environment is also comfortable and nice close to East Java Park 2. Going around is not difficult which goes away during the summer is rather uncomfortable because there is no air conditioner / fan. So sleep feels hot. Maybe if you go during the rainy season, it's nice. Not hot other things are good. Not disappointed. The kitchen and toilet are also clean ...

This hotel is satifying for me and family. Clean, near by any facilities, and walking distance to JATIM Park 2. Kindly warm from receptionist. Recommended place to spend time with family.
