The only downside is the water. There are 3 bathrooms but in the morning both of them were dead. Only 1 could be used. But the guard was quite fast.

The location is very strategic, there are 4 rooms and they are clean, only 1 is what makes me disappointed, the upper bathroom really can't be used because the water doesn't come out at all, the top room at the front also leaks in the corner when it rains.

The villa is very clean. Neat rooms, soft mattresses, soft sheets. There is a water heater. TV n wifi indihome smooth. There is 1 extra bed. Fully clean kitchen, cold fridge. It is enough to just add a fan for the room.

The impression of our family is really satisfied and comfortable during your stay here. The place is clean, fully equipped kitchen furniture, comfortable rooms. And mainly because the owner is very communicative and friendly in providing information and services when we were just about to determine the villa that we will rent. So we immediately felt comfortable to rent this 43 estate villa.
