I stayed here on March 31, 2025 (1st day of Eid al-Fitr). Went from Tangerang without planning so on the way looked at the app, saw this villa on the app the price is cheap under 1 million/night. But because I was afraid that only good photos, so we went straight to the location to survey around 6 pm. Right in front of the villa we met the security, asked what we needed, so we told them we wanted to rent but survey first. The security gave the cellphone number of the villa guard, we immediately called him and finally met. So we called right in front of the villa to confirm the price and wanted to see the inside of the villa (scared it was a dud). Finally the man opened the villa for us to look around, there was a 3-bedroom for 6 people, there was a 3-bedroom for 8 people, 2-2 were good but because we were 6 adults + 2 children so we took the one for 8 people. The vibes are like in Japan, all the equipment is complete, the bed sheets are also clean, everything is clean like it's well-maintained, not a villa that's not taken care of, basically next time I go to Puncak I'll definitely stay here again. I didn't take many photos because I only stayed for one night but it exceeded my expectations for a price under 1 million for 3 rooms during the Eid holiday. I got really good facilities and will come back here again. Thank you Villa Ade 🙏

It's good, but access is far to everywhere and the environment is quiet. Advice. If travelers are going to spend the night here, bring enough supplies because the entrance to the housing/villa is far. And don't be alone!

Quick response, good service, clean and comfortable villa and karaoke even though the mic is intermittent and the TV is old school so I'm not satisfied because the wifi is slow

Overall good, maybe the improvement is in the hot water machine which yesterday apparently no longer functions like before. The rest is comfortable and nice and also clean and the kitchen equipment is complete, also gallon, gas etc rice cooker TV YouTube etc. Oh yes maybe the mattress in the room next to the tower is needed replaced so it doesn't collapse

Enjoyable stay at Villa Kota Bungga. And the staff are Rahma and Bu Ade, if you want to go to the market is also close. Just be careful, there are often car washers who suddenly ask for money in the morning to wash the car without asking first whether our car is allowed to be washed. I asked why because it was an illegal car wash.
