Super recommended! A minimalist interior villa suitable for holidays with family. The room is clean, the kitchen is clean, there is wifi, and there is warm water. The atmosphere is also fun because next to the villa there is a super adem❤️ view

Plus: villa close to town, lots of food from the house. Minus: room full of spider webs, dead cockroach carcasses, and worse, hot water completely turned off, automatically no one in the family took a shower.

The first time I stayed here, there were only 2 rooms available. The second time I stayed there were 3 rooms and there was a swimming pool. The location is not too far from Alun-alun Batu. The cleanliness of the villa is maintained, and if possible, improved. Suggestions, sandal/shoe racks, air fresheners, mosquito/fly repellent sprays need to be provided. If you have a minimal budget hotel, it is recommended to stay for a vacation with your family. Success & smooth business 🤲, thank you 🙏.

Please improve the cleanliness, because the villa needs cleaning, the walls are damp, the bathroom needs to be renovated, only the visible areas are cleaned, the sheets should be replaced with new and fragrant ones, please replace the lights with bright ones. I only stayed in for 1.5 hours and immediately checked out because it smelled too damp, it's better to renovate first before accepting customers again. There is a secret door that can connect to the house next door, scary! 😩.

Dirty pool. Unmaintained house. Small water. Lots of cockroaches. Sticky floor. Only the staff is friendly and responsive when the gallon runs out at night they buy a gallon.

Sirkulasi udara dari villa kurang, jadi waktu pertama masuk, aroma-nya tidak segar. Sprei juga bau mamel. Water heater-nya menampung sedikit air panas, jadi kalau dapat kloter terakhir mandi-nya, dapat air dingin. Tangga menuju rooftop sangat ekstrem dan curam, teman saya ada yang hamil, jadi-nya kita tidak bisa beramai-ramai nongkrong di atas. Jendela dapur berhubungan langsung dengan sawah, jadi kita tidak berani membuka, takut ada ular masuk.

Villa terburuk yang pernah di sewa, jorok banget villa nya, banyak tembok-tembok yang ngelopek ga di cat ulang sampe kotor banget kuning-kuning gitu, semua pintu berisik kayak tikus kejepit sampai anak-anak susah tidur, bagian bawah-bawah nya kotor dan jorok, lemari bagian atas nya kotor banget, seperti ga ada peremajaan cuma di sapu pel aja.
