Very nice! Very comfortable and clean, there is a car/motorcycle parking area, the residential area is cool and not crowded, there are all the equipment if you want to cook noodles and friends, and the admin is very friendly and informative, thank you!

Very nice interior value 9 2 rooms 2 double bad and 2 mattresses and 1 folding sofa. very complete kitchen. unfortunately only the dirty wall fan hasn't been cleaned. the water heater is on. wife is fast too. over all is good value 8.5 be careful for tenants. next to the C3 block house. a little chatty. my family and my family gathered together, there was no 9pm warning. reason in and it. apparently after I cross-checked. indeed every person who rents is always done by the residents of C3. a bit sensible. but it paid off with the beauty of the villa

Very clean, the house decor is also beautiful, in the living room there is a Sofabed which can be used for sleeping and the owner of the villa also gives a folding mattress. We are a family of 6 and 1 small child. There is a dispenser refrigerator there is also a gas stove complete with cooking and eating utensils. In the neighborhood near the villa there are also many food vendors and close to Indomaret, WiFi is also fast. Close to Jatimpark 3 and Predator Fun Park, easy road access because of the nearby highway. Security is also guaranteed because the house is fenced and is in the one gate system housing. Anyway, satisfied staying at Villa Poermira, if you go to Batu again, I will stay here again.

The TV doesn & amp; # 39; t work, the phone says there is an officer coming, uh until tomorrow check out the clerk doesn & amp; # 39; t come, the hot water is also not maximal for 2 people to take a shower, the anise is not hot until waiting for 2 hours nor is it hot, forced to cook water, if the place is clean.

This's a perfect place if you are searching for a place to stay for more than 2 people. Very clean house with 2 bedrooms. They provide you with a sofa bed and an extra bed. Nice owner and caretaker. Recommended.

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. The house is so beautiful and well-decorated. The bedrooms are fragrant. The bathroom is so clean. The kitchen has many cookwares, so that we could cook some real foods besides instant noodles. The most important thing is, the owner provides a baby feeding chair. This is so useful for those families who bring children. The owner also provides many blankets and extra mattress. However, the things that bother me is the TV channel. The TV channels are unsatisfying. There is no local channel or paid channels like Indovision. The TV channels are not amusing and not bearable to watch. And there is no wifi service. Because the location is quite far from the town, the service provider signals are so bad.

The place is very comfortable for families, just lacking the dining table. So if you eat, you have to eat. And if the place is not very far. The owner is super duper nice and friendly, so feels very assisted and privileged. Good luck. Hope you continue to be good.

The interior is nice but if it is a hot day because there is no air conditioner if the night is quite cold and comfortable. Location 30 minutes from tourist attractions if according to people far but in our opinion close and many are selling food.
